Continuing with the tastings of the products from Lenny & Larry’s variety pack that I received in the mail, I am going to review another Complete Cookie. This review will be of Lenny & Larry’s Snickerdoodle Complete Cookie, one that I have not eaten as yet. I have already reviewed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, CHOC-O-MINT, and Double Chocolate flavors, and I liked them all so far.
As always with Lenny & Larry’s cookies, keep in mind that the nutrition is doubled from what is listed on the packaging and on this site. The nutritional facts listed are for one serving, which is for 1/2 of the cookie. Although, who would only eat one half of a cookie, while saving the other half for later? Not me, I tell ya! Let’s take a look at the ingredients.
List Of Ingredients
Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Protein Blend (Vital Wheat Gluten, Pea Protein, Rice Protein), Cane Sugar, Palm Margarine (Palm Oil, Palm Fractions, Water, Salt, Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, Distilled MonoGlycerides), Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Mixed Tocopherols [Antioxidant] Vitamin A, Beta-Carotene [Color], Invert Sugar, Chicory Root Fiber, Vegetable Glycerine, Oligofructose, Molasses, Natural Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Cultured Dextrose, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum.

My Honest Review
As I open the packaging of this cookie, I get an immediate smell of cinnamon, sugar and molasses. It smells really appetizing. When I take a first bite, I taste molasses and the whole cookie is encased with a sugary, sweet coating that falls of the cookie, kind of like a cinnamon and sugar mixture that I would pore on buttered toast.
The texture is soft and chewy and very fresh tasting, with a bit of a crunch because of the cinnamon sugar coating. I also taste a bit of graham cracker flavor.
The cookie is solid and thick, yet soft and moist. I really love the flavor of this cookie. I would suggest drinking some water with the cookie if you decide to try it.
There is virtually no taste of protein, and the cookie is very filling. As I finish the cookie, there is a smattering of cinnamon and sugar all over the table. There is an ever so slight aftertaste, but it does not take away from the overall flavor, which is sweet and satisfying.
This cookie would make a great snack with a glass of water or milk, or maybe a creamy cup of coffee. It has protein which could be eaten along with a workout program to gain some muscle, but I would say that this cookie would be just a delicious, sweet treat.
I am not ever a big fan of cinnamon and molasses normally, but this cookie changes my mind a bit about these two flavors together. I would highly recommend this cookie, unless, of course, you are watching your sugar and carbohydrate intake. One of these cookies every once in a while in moderation would hit the spot. Give it a try!
